Danielle Sprengart-Tirey is a Director, IT Analysis for Nationwide Insurance and has a passion for staff development and empowering others to lead process improvements. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and a MBA, as well as several IT field related certifications such as her PMP, CSQA and ITIL Foundations. Danielle has worked in the IT industry since 1998, beginning her IT career as a Test Analyst and spending many years growing in the IT Analysis space as well as Project Management, Process Management and Application Development. Danielle has recently been leading the Lean sustainability efforts in her organization and working on her Lean Bronze Certification. Along with her Lean efforts Danielle has been driving capability uplift across her organization with skill matrix and current state baselines.
