Parking
Parking is available near the hotel at a cost of $30 per day with in and out privileges
Arrival and Check-In for Tutorials, Certification Prep Courses and Conference
The QUEST registration desk is open each day beginning at 7:00 AM in the convention foyer on the lower level. Please take the escalators down from the main lobby. You will receive your complete registration packet when you check-in.
For the Monday and Tuesday tutorials and certification prep courses, please plan to arrive by no later than 8:00 AM to check-in and locate your room. All sessions start at 8:30 AM. A continental breakfast will be available in the morning from 7:00 to 8:30 AM. Breakfast coupons are available at the registration desk on Monday and Tuesday for registered attendees to get the buffet or continental breakfast at the Tundra Restaurant in the Hilton Hotel.
For the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday conference, the Exhibitor EXPO opens at 7:30 AM and general session announcements begin at 8:15 AM. Continental breakfast is available beginning at 7:00 AM.
Arrival and Check-In for Manager's Workshop
On Monday, please check in at the Governor's General room on the 2nd floor of the Hilton Toronto Hotel by no later than 8:00 AM. Continental breakfast will be provided. This check-in will also include on-site registration for the conference, if you are attending. You will receive your complete registration packet when you check-in.
You are welcome to join us for the Manager's Connection Dinner on Monday evening from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Toula's Restaurant located at 1 Harbour Square in the Westin Harbor Castle Toronto. Parking is not validated or free at the Westin. Dress code for dinner is business casual. Complimentary bus transportation will be provided with details available at the Manager's Workshop.

Dress Code
The dress attire at QUEST is business casual. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket in case you feel cold in the session rooms.
Handouts - QUEST is Environmental Friendly
To be environmental friendly by saving trees, copies of presentation slides WILL NOT be distributed in the track breakout sessions nor the EXPO Theatre. Handouts will only be provided to the attendees of Monday and Tuesday tutorials and the keynote presentations.
If you need to have a hard copy of the presentation at the conference, as an alternative, you can print copies of the presentation slides from the secured page of the QUEST Toronto website and bring the hard copy to the conference. At the conference you will receive a USB drive that contains all the conference presentations. The Hilton Toronto Hotel has a Business Center on-site that you can use to print copies at your own expense.

As part of your on-site registration packet, you will receive a copy of QUEST Magazine, your complete guide to all QUEST sessions and social events. A PDF version of QUEST Magazine can be downloaded by visiting http://www.qaiquest.org/toronto/magazine.html to help you plan your QUEST experience before your arrival.

Social Events
While at QUEST be sure to join in the fun at three great social events. When checking in at the registration desk, please be sure to confirm which events you had pre-selected to attend. The cost of attending the events is included with your registration fee. Please contact Francine Chase if you need help.
Tuesday Evening: The Welcome Reception sponsored by QAI Canada from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM is in the Osgoode room at the Hilton Toronto Hotel. Hors d'oeuvres, drinks, raffle prizes and speed networking create a great way to get to know fellow QUEST attendees. You will receive one complimentary drink ticket with your registration.
Wednesday Evening: The attendee appreciation event is at St. Andrew's Club dinner and casino night from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a fantastic view of downtown Toronto. St. Andrew's Club is walking distance from the Hilton Hotel and is located on King Street in the Sun Life building. A buffet dinner will be served in the St. Andrews Lounge on the 27th floor. The casino games that will be available include: Texas hold-em poker, black jack, roulette, and craps. Since we can't play for real money we will have prizes for the best contenders.
Thursday Evening: The Exhibitor Wine and Cheese Reception and Raffles will be held in the Toronto II room from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. All the great exhibitor raffle prizes will be given away at this event. So don't miss your chance of being a winner!
