Adoption of automated tests has not happened as quickly as organizations need. Agile Development means more features are implemented to production quicker. This leaves less time for full regression testing of the system. Manual Testers need to transform into test automation testers as well.
During the session Jim will discuss the challenges faced by many organizations beginning the test automation journey. Jim will share insights into how the early stages of adoption can see good value from a manual test team with little programming knowledge. Over time the team will become more familiar with automation techniques as part of the tool learning process.
Join Jim to move your career from Manual Tester to Automator with some tips and tricks on where to start.
