Monica Magri has gone from the role of developer in the Swiss banking and insurance sectors to her current role of QA manager at the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) in Kamloops, Canada, where she is responsible for the testing of all gaming solutions and supporting systems. Over the years, Monica has also helped several start-ups in both Switzerland and Canada to build their test organizations. Rapidly varying business demands require her to manage a flexible team that dynamically grows to three times its size through partnerships with solution vendors. Having worked both as a provider and consumer of software solutions, Monica knows there are common challenges that are best faced with collaboration.
