Xan Daniels has over 15 years of HR Consulting and software implementation experience. As Leader of the Implementation Shared Services Testing organization, it is Xan’s responsibility to define and develop the role of the testing function within Aon Hewitt’s HR Business Process Outsourcing practice. The primary objective of ISS Testing is to deploy a robust and cost-effective testing framework that builds on best practices and can be leveraged across client implementations. Additionally, Xan is responsible for building a high performance testing organization by establishing the infrastructure and proficiency to support the current testing framework.
