In this approach testing services are provided in a factory like manner, as an assembly line, with prebuilt assets and out of the box solutions. This, in turn, is leading to formation of Specialized Testing Functions or CoEs. Deepika Mamnani is the head of the presales and solutions team, QATS Solution Group (QSG), at Hexaware Technologies Inc. She comes with extensive experience in testing and quality assurance where she has played several roles including delivery, test strategy consulting, pre-sales and sales in the financial services, credit card, retail banking and insurance domains. Her core competency is conducting test assessments for right sourcing of Testing Services, defining Transition models and Engagement structures for test outsourcing engagements. In this capacity, she has played advisory roles for several organizations to set up Testing CoEs both in-house and outsourced. She is a Certified Scrum Master and is also CSTE and CSQA certified.
