Akemi Micallef has 20 years of experience in the IT industry with over 15 years in software testing and quality assurance. She spent the last 8 years in various leadership positions in professional services environments with responsibilities ranging from solution design, team building and management, customer relationship management, expertise development, process improvements, and delivery support. In her current role as the manager of Testing Center of Excellence for TEKsystems' Montreal Solution Center, she has grown QA delivery capacity and capability by providing a vision, plans, communication, measurements, and support. Akemi holds CSTE and APMG Change Management Practitioner certifications.
